My purpose is, and has always been, enabling people for success. I found L&D before I even started my career and it's been my path ever since.

Over 15 years, I have honed my L&D skills across seven industries and four continents, optimizing processes and delivering results that positively impact individuals and organizations. From truck drivers to C-suite executives, I have developed people from all walks of life.
