Over the past 20 years, I have led learning and development initiatives in private, nonprofit, and government organizations, and bring extensive experience in training technology, workforce enablement, competency-based training, career paths, career development, education technology, and program evaluation.

Most recently, I led a training and development function for a global cybersecurity company as its Training and Development Lead. Prior to this, I led teams of learning professionals at SAIC, Booz Allena, and Raytheon. I served as a co-chair of the Innovation Measurement Workgroup of the International Association of Innovation Professionals, and served on the US Technical Advisory Group to ISO TC 279, Innovation Management.

I am a published author and conference presenter. I have an Ed.D. in Human and Organizational Learning from the George Washington University, where I currently teach in the Master’s Program in Organizational Leadership and Learning. I also have several certifications, including PMP and innovation. I have over 10 years of experience mentoring learning and development professionals and am looking forward to helping L&D career members in any way I can.
