As a skilled learning and development professional with over 20 years of experience leading all segments of learning including analysis, design, delivery, and continuous improvement gaining support and commitment from all levels of an organization, I can help learning and development professionals at any stage of their project or strategy.

In addition, I am an accomplished facilitator and coach working with individuals, teams, and large groups in person and virtual utilizing learning technology to enhance live and on demand development experiences including leadership of learning technology platforms and the integration of those platforms into technology ecosystems.

I have held learning and development leadership roles at Strong Investments, Wells Fargo and most recently Ameriprise Financial for 15 years, currently as Vice President - Coach Development. I graduated from UW-Madison with a BA in Economics, Marquette University with an MBA, and hold various certifications including Certified Learning Strategist from Brandon Hall.
