He is on a mission to help leaders optimize their learning & development departments by streamlining systems, processes, and workflows required to run an effective L&D function.
Adil Ibrahim
Adil has spent his career advancing and leading the enterprise learning agenda in a variety of industries ranging from Advertising to IT Consulting to Insurance. He is currently a consultant at Meta leading the redesign and implementation of a digital onboarding strategy for the Reality Labs division. As Head of Learning & Development at Ipreo, Adil restructured the department to cultivate peer-learning across the company — when acquired by IHS Markit, he reimagined and launched the North America L&D strategy including developing a brand identity and a decentralized learning organization. At Ogilvy, Adil partnered directly with the CEO to help develop and launch Ogilvy University. When at Cognizant Technology Solutions, he overhauled the learning management system, for North America, impacting and improving the experience for over 20,000 employees.
He is a regular volunteer in the industry — a former Board Member of ATD NYC, currently serving as a Coach for L&D leaders through Torch-Everwise. He has also served as a speaker and guest lecturer at Columbia University and New York University. - Fmr. Dr. Ryan has a demonstrated record of corporate and industrial management experience beginning as an instructional designer to leading performance support and instructional design teams globally developing a vision for learning and leadership development tied to business goals and increasing talent capabilities. He is currently the Vice President of Learning, Leadership, and Cultural Experiences at Starbucks. Prior to joining Starbucks, Brandon was the Vice President of Learning and Leadership at Walmart, where he led the Global Leadership Development practice, the Executive Coaching strategy, and the Corporate and Officer Onboarding experiences for the enterprise.
In his past, Brandon led the Learning and Development team for Delta Air Lines’ global airport operations. He has held global learning leadership roles with Home Depot, Microsoft, Apple, and Sun Microsystems.
In 2020, he founded L&D Cares (www.ldcares.org), a nonprofit dedicated to providing coaching, mentoring, and support to help talent professionals thrive and flourish in their career.
Brandon serves in an advisory capacity for several EdTech startups and has served as a committee organizer for ATD. He has authored two books, Learning in the Age of Immediacy and the award-winning L&D's Playbook for the Digital Age, both published by ATD Press.

L&D Director at The Home Depot | Fernando is a culture, change, and innovation expert with a rigorous Ivy League doctoral education and a robust working experience as a learning leader, serving individuals and organizations from more than 70 countries to click cognitively, emotionally, and behaviorally to perform better and deliver better results. Fernando served as the Chief People Officer (CPO) of The Home Depot’s Global Custom Commerce and HR Director for the Learning Organization of this multi-billion retailer. He was the Chief Learning Officer (CLO) and Corporate Director of a large national oil & gas manufacturing group with operations in Latin America, the US, the Middle East, and Asia. He served as a member of the board of directors of the Association for Talent Development (ATD) and serves on the steering committee of the Corporate Learning Network (CLN). Under Jamie’s leadership, the learning function was consistently recognized by the ATD BEST Awards, Training APEX Awards, and Brandon Hall.
