Suzanne Frawley has a recognized passion for setting people and organizations up for success. Suzanne brings 20+ years of experience and currently is the VP, HR for a Fortune 500 company. Previous roles include Directors in Talent Management, Learning & Organizational Effectiveness, and Organizational Development for Fortune 150 companies and the largest privately owned pharmaceutical company.

Prior roles include Strategic HR Business Partner, leading learning and development teams, and pharmaceutical management, product, and sales training. Some of Suzanne’s key accomplishments include creating and implementing global talent and learning strategies, leadership development, performance management, coaching, mentoring, leading engagement surveys, cultural initiatives, organizational design, and early in career talent development professionals.

Suzanne holds a B.S. in Biology from Wright State University and holds professional certifications including Certified Professional in Talent Development, Certified Human Resource Specialist, Organizational Development, Neuro-linguistic Programming.
